Freelance Management System for Enterprise
Organizations that heavily engage with freelance workers not only want to be able to post their hiring requirements and hire the right fit, but also need to have visibility over the ongoing projects, analytics related to the hiring process and an overall team structure wherein multiple stakeholders from their teams can interact, collaborate, and cross-work on shared hiring needs.
Project Budgeting Tool
A fee calculator that can be used by recruiters to assess an approximate budget to hire and engage a team of freelance workers across multiple functions and skills. The tool works on a vast dataset of freelance pay benchmarks that have been collected over several years across multiple roles.
What You Can Expect
I’m obsessed with creating delightful user experiences built on the natural principle of the path of least resistance. I believe in the idea of defining and shipping a minimum-viable-products (MVP) as soon as possible. I use the Lean Startup methodology of ‘Build-Measure-Learn’ loop. Describing a process in which every new development (build) undergoes user testing (measure), leading to new insights (learn).
